For the Purchase Guarantee to apply, the order must be addressed to you personally. You are entitled to compensation if something goes wrong with your purchase, such as the item being defective, an individual item missing on delivery, the item being incorrect or not being delivered.

Compensation is only paid for purchase costs, shipping costs and the direct financial damage you as a customer suffered. No compensation is provided for other direct or indirect costs, loss of value or lost income.
