Slowdown makes every product with love.
During the entire manufacturing process, product control is carried out and we are proud of the ability to guarantee the highest quality.
Only selected strong fabrics that have passed the Martindale test are used in bean bag production.
Bean bags have double seams and are sewn with reinforced (extra strong) thread.
All edges of fabric details (sewing pattern), which are used for bean bag production, are reinforced with a seam, to prevent the fabric from unraveling and to ensure the highest quality.
The patterns for bean bags are cut in a semi-automatic way. This allows accurate measurements and prevents defects.
All beanbags have two bags:
- inner bag, which is filled with cellular plastic balls;
- outer bag, which can be removed and washed or cleaned - depending on the fabric from which it is made.
Strong zippers with large hooks are used for the outer bags. The runners are covered by the fabric to protect the floor.
The inner bags are made of an elastic fabric, so that the plastic balls inside the bean bag can fill out the shape of the outer bag and the entire inner space.
All inner bags have a zipper, so that you can adjust the amount of plastic balls and thus the softness of the bean bag.
Beanbags are filled with EPS balls, which wear slightly over time. Slowdown seat bags are filled with durable, denser balls. For fire safety reasons, fireproof balls are used, which have a DIN 4102 certificate.
Beanbag manufacturing includes product control, which is ensured by assigning a quality code at each manufacturing stage.
Slowdown bean bags have soft woven labels.
